Adventures in Cathy-sitting

I love spending time with my friend Cathy each week. She gave me a really awesome new style this week. I personally like the pig tails. I think they give me a more older and dignified look. We spend so much time together. I always smile when I see her. We spend a lot of time outside in the garden. I love spending time with the Downs family. They make me feel so special. #girlfriendsforlife

I got to travel to Michigan again this past week. I slept all the way there and all the way back. I only woke up maybe once because the smell of Indiana woke me. I met my great-grandmother Judy this weekend. She is super nice. I really like her.

I had my first night away from Mom and Dad this weekend- about time to cut the cord, guys. I was a little scared but I had a lot of great company. I spent time with uncle Ryan, aunt Kayleigh, aunt Erin, Alex and grandma. I also met my dad's uncle Keith and aunt Kim. Uncle Keith made me an awesome toy box. I CAN'T WAIT TO PLAY WITH IT!!!

They kept calling this guy S-Ski. It was awesome to meet him. I did not even cry when he held me. As a thank you, I spit up on him.

Like a princess do.

I turned 3-months-old this past week. My interests are smiling, having books read to me, naps and outdoors. My dislikes are messing my pants and crying.

I also went outside when it was snowing out-what the what. I got some in my hair. I was happy to be a part of my parent's anniversary picture. Thanks to grandpa John for taking our picture. We don't get many with just the three of us.

I love my folks.

A Week of Firsts

What a week.

I experienced so many new things. It was almost too much.

Monday was the worst. I got shots for the second time in my life. I tried to cry and scream but all I did was hold my breath. After these ladies poked me with a lot of needles in my little tiny legs, I cried. My mom cried more than me. She kept apologizing and said she would not let that happen again. Then my jerk-dad said they are doing it again in two months?! What's going on?

Wednesday was way more fun. Mom and Dad took me to my very first baseball game

I even smiled for a photo with mom.

Apparently the game was kinda boring. I slept through most of it. Dad said I even slept through fireworks going off near me.

Friday was mom's birthday. It was so much fun to celebrate with her. The best part about Friday was my first trip to MICHIGAN!!!! I hear about this place so much.
I met so many people. A lot of my mom's aunts and uncles. I even met my great-grandpa and grandma.
My new buddy Levi. It was awesome to meet him.

 My mom's cousin Michael.

The legend, my great-grandpa and I hanging out on the couch. Sorry I cried the whole time I saw you. I guess my nerves got the best of me.

Grandpa, great-grandma, great-grandpa and I. I am so happy I was able to meet them.

An Adventurous Week

I met a lot of people this week. I had time with Aunt Kelly, Cathy and the Downs family, Cousin Vanessa and her family and my grandma's friend Kerry. So many people are excited to meet me and love seeing my hair. Why do my parents insist on putting hats on me?
I really enjoy meeting so many people. My parents say I am heading to a wonderful place named Michigan soon. There I will get to meet so many people that know my parents.

I went to my second birthday party yesterday. I tried to sing happy birthday but it sounded more like I was crying for two hours. I got Alexander a toy truck. I hope he liked it. I wonder what being 1-year-old feels like?

I have a feeling I will be seeing this kid a lot. Happy Birthday, Alexander!

This is going to be a big week for me. I am getting ready for my baptism this Sunday! Wow, talk about adulting hard.

My grandpas and grandmas, cousins and aunts and uncles are all coming. I am so excited to meet all of them. Our church is going to record it. My dad is working on getting the information out to all of my great-grandparents so they can watch too!

My dad is working today. He gets to go to the Brewers. I wanted to go to but mom said no. I guess I cried too much yesterday. That is OK.

Go Baseball!!
